This web site offers registration services for exhibitors, people attending the different programmed activities and trade visitors, as well as mass media information. In order for it to be effective, registration via this channel may require the user to provide personal details.

To this end, IFEMA informs you that:

• The completion of registration forms is totally voluntary.
• Personal details will be incorporated into the computer file which corresponds according to the nature of the user, of which IFEMA is the owner and the responsible entity. For the protection of its computer files, IFEMA has adopted the legally required security measures.
• The purpose of the collection and processing of personal details is to register users in the modality and fair selected, the rendering of the service and access to the information requested by the user.
• Personal details may be used by IFEMA to send information related to the professional activity undertaken by the user as well as, if pertinent, information on other IFEMA fairs or activities which may be of interest.
• At all times, users may exercise their legally recognised rights to access, amend or challenge the personal details which are recorded in the IFEMA files as well as to be notified of them.
